APPLICATION VERSATILITY
The hydraulically extendable screeds have a standard paving range of 1.75 m to 3.42 m (5’ 9” to 11’ 1”). When equipped with mechanical bolt-on extensions, it can pave up to 4.6 m (15' 1"). A reduction attachment narrows the paving width to 700 mm (27.5”) for trench work.
FAST HEATING SCREEDS
The electric heat control panel utilizes touch-pad technology and LED indicator lights to create a user-friendly interface. Three pre-set temperature settings for each screed section ensure even-heat distribution and manual adjustments provide override capability. On-board diagnostics enable the operator to verify fault indicators.
TAMPER BAR SCREED
The Asphalt Paving Equipment combines vibratory screed plates and tamper bars to optimize density behind the screed. Variable speed settings for tamping speed and vibratory speed help fine tune the system to maximize mat quality.

The hydraulic system is equipped with grouped and centrally located solenoids. Manual overrides simplify troubleshooting by eliminating functioning systems. Large access doors provide quick and easy inspection. The electrical system is color-coded, numbered, and wrapped in kevlar braid for easy identification and durability.
